Stickerverse USA is a veteran-owned custom sticker shop in Washington. This policy explains what information we collect when you use stickerverseusa.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your full card number.

Your artwork: images and files you upload so we can create your proof and print your order.

Account details: if you create an account, your name, email and order history.

Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.

Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

To make and ship your order, prepare and send your proof, provide customer support, keep your account working, and prevent fraud. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We use your artwork only to produce your order. We do not sell it, share it publicly, or use it in our own marketing without your permission.

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: Shopify (store, checkout and payments), Vercel (website hosting), remove.bg (automatic background removal on uploaded images), shipping carriers (delivery), and Google (displaying our public reviews). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

When someone scans a dynamic QR code, we count the scan and note the time of the most recent one so the code's owner can see how it's doing. We don't record who scanned it, their location, or their device.

Landing pages are public. Anything a customer adds to their QR landing page (name, photo, bio, links) can be seen by anyone who scans the code or visits the page.

Like any website request, a scan passes through our hosting provider, which may briefly log standard technical data such as IP address for security.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and recent guest orders. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. Uploaded artwork is kept so we can handle reorders and reprints. You can ask us to delete your artwork or account at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@stickerverseusa.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
